the staff was approachable. they took care of issues we encountered quickly. everything felt clean and safe, a plus. the oriental restaurant you can book inside the hotel is good.

The animation team seemed poor. there were not many activities at the pool. It just played music. the food variety at lunch and dinner was not good. restaurants were too hot. Acs did not cover the whole area.

i enjoyed the great staff. the location was great, it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the food variety was excellent, i found something new to try each day. i spent my days relaxing by the large pool, a fantastic perk!

the wi-fi signal in certain areas was a bit weak, it only worked in the lobby area.
